Title: The Little Adventure

Once there was a boy named Tom. He lived in a small town by the sea. Every day, Tom played outside with his dog, Max. One day, Tom decided to go on an adventure. He wanted to explore the forest behind his house.

Tom packed a small bag with water, a sandwich, and his favorite flashlight. He told his parents that he was going to play in the forest. They smiled and reminded him to be careful.

As Tom walked through the forest, he saw many interesting things. There were colorful birds flying above him and tall trees around him. He walked for a long time, enjoying the sounds of the forest.

But soon, Tom realized he was lost. The trees all looked the same, and he didn’t know the way back. He sat down and felt scared. Max, the dog, was not with him. He missed his dog and his parents.

Tom remembered the flashlight in his bag. He turned it on and looked around. Suddenly, he saw a small path leading through the trees. He decided to follow it.

After walking for a while, Tom saw a familiar house. It was his own house! He ran back home as fast as he could. His parents were waiting for him at the door. They were happy to see him safe and sound.

Tom smiled and hugged them. “I had a little adventure today,” he said. His parents laughed and told him to be careful next time.
